I’ve been meaning to ask you, jennifer, are your Fur Babies really litter mates?
they look similar in the picture, but it’s kinda hard to tell with them all rolled up like that… they look so comfy - and cute… 🥰

no, Henry is 3, and Sophia is a puppy, she's a long haired dachshund.

thanx for answering so quickly, jennifer! does Henry ❤️ his little sister, or does he think she’s just “a pest” not to be bothered with? 😉
now don’t be a stranger - - keep sharing pix of your babies with us, o.k.?

nas At first he didn't like, I think they are used to each now. I call him her emotional support dog. She has to be near him at all times. Weather in tp of him while he is sleeping or just trying to go wherever he goes. He likes cat rides, she doesn't He likes being under the blanket, she doesn't.

just a regular ol’ play date for Buck and Ludo today - wrestling among the leaves, running circles around the Azalea Monster bush, and then…….www.youtube.com/watch?v=BvwpyMSNFF0 …where did Buck go??? poor Ludo… 😕 he lost Buck! he just stood there for a while waiting and wondering “where did my buddy disappear to?”
eventually Buck blew out of the bush like he usually does… 🤔 what in the world does he find so interesting inside of that big old bush?

here’s an interesting little story:
it’s time for #2 to start the seedlings for her spring/summer garden, so this year she decided to start them indoors using a light bar instead of taking them outside to use natural sunlight; it’s easier than taking the trays out in the morning and bringing them back inside in the evening…
well, for some reason Buck has been fascinated with the light in that room and has been going in there to nap… I guess he’s thinking if that “sun” is good enough for the plants, it’s good enough for me…
the other day it was raining and the boy couldn’t go outside with his pillow; taking one of his pillows outside is always part of his plan… so, he decided that day was Pillow Yellow’s turn to join him in the “Sunshine Room”…
if only I could get inside his head to see what he’s thinking… 😊 nas

I am with him! I don't mind the cold but gray days are hard to take ... Bucks idea of a nap in the sun sounds really great!

No worries for me as my cat isn't big on car rides.
It does remind me of something I saw where a criminal being interrogated said, "I want a lawyer, dawg." and the police responded that they didn't have any lawyer dogs. I was mixed on that one since it's a violation of his rights, but I have a hard time siding with anyone stupid enough to address a cop as 'dawg' when they're sitting in an interrogation room.

I guess your George is just content to stay at home and rule the roost, eh Hari?
let’s take this “dawg” story a bit further: the police should have brought in one of their K-9 officers… when the guy asked “What is this?” they could have said, “This is your “lawyer dog.” hey, if the bowser is smart enough to get through the Police Academy, he’s smart enough to pass the Bar! (o.k., I admit, this is silly - but it’s a pleasant diversion from the news…)
and btw… I did a bit of a background check last night on that so-called Attorney at Paw, Atticus Fetch… it turns out he’s nothing but an ambulance chaser! enuf’ silliness for the day!

For the most part he is. A couple days ago he managed to sneak out on my wife without her even noticing. Fortunately it was less than an hour before I got home. I went into the app to turn off the doorbell camera before checking the mailbox and saw there was something from 15 minutes previous. I pulled it up and it was George wanting to be let back in. I looked around and didn't see him then took a quick look in the back yard, then figured I should check if he got let in without being caught on camera. I grabbed my stuff and there he was at the door from the garage to the house waiting to go in. He probably ran into the garage while I was checking the back.
A few months ago, billboards started appearing for a lawyer who is calling himself Topdog. No way I would ever use him, but as soon as I saw it my first thought was whether he'd count as a lawyer dog.
And a canine ambulance chaser is nothing to joke about - I'm sure several dogs that chased ambulances have been run over by lawyers.

OMG! 😱! that’s terrifying, Hari! isn’t he a little too old to be trying the “escape artist” trick? I’m glad he didn’t go far; he probably thought, “oops, what have I done? I don’t wanna’ be out here.”
I’m not quite sure how to interpret your lawyer remark… 🤷♀️

I’m not quite sure how to interpret your lawyer remark… 🤷♀️nas While he'll be 16 in a few weeks, George doesn't consider himself to be old. It was eight minutes between when he got out and when the doorbell caught him back at the door. I wouldn't even guarantee that was his first trip back since the motion sensor isn't 100% consistent in what triggers it. It's not southern Arizona, his paws were probably getting chilly.
Just interpret my remark as negative toward lawyers.
