I am enjoying the series to the full. Some silly threads running, but overall, well written and acted. MW shines, and I see very little of Dinozzo. Maybe a little of Gibbs....maybe.

I thought last night's episode, "Bring it On", was well done. I enjoyed the chemistry between Bull and the attorney (Jules). A few scenes had me laughing out loud.

The one line last night about the only person who refers to himself more in the third person was Donald Trump and Elmo had both my spouse and I laughing out loud! That had to be a MW ad-lib.

I have to admit I figured out who did it mid-way through the episode, Make Me (Bull 1.21), but still had fun figuring out how they would prove it. Interesting that this episode was less about the jury and more about proving who actually committed the crime. Was anyone else mesmerized by Chunk’s butterfly shirt?

I thought daddy & daughter were in to together until the revelation that the kid was suppose to be with the president of the company.
I too couldn't figure out how TAC was going to prove it.
No way no how would I ever get in one of those things, especially if I didn't abjectly trust the person who put me in it. (and why wasn't there an emergency release inside?).
Loved that Benny FINALLY told Bull what was going on. I see stormy seas ahead for these two.

I actually enjoyed Bull tonight. Of course, just love ELIZA DUSHKU.
Actually had my own personal "Bull" experience today. Served as part of a mock jury. 27 of us listen to 5 hours of lawyers talk us through a case, then they divided us into three groups of 9. My group totally got it wrong. I was the lone dissenter, and after the lawyers came in and talked to us, and revealed things they didn't have time to reveal in the mock trial, I was completely vindicated.
Me 1, everyone else 0.
Easy 200 hundred bucks.

Easy 200 hundred bucks. Wow, sounds like an interesting experience. (and the cash isn't bad either) I also enjoyed "How to Dodge a Bullet". Interesting opening sequence. Excellent performance by Freddy Rodriguez. Eliza Dushku was great opposite MW. This is one of my favorite episodes of the season. Can't wait to see how they use her in the next two episodes. Not sure what this means for Bull's relationship with Diane. Texas is a long way from New York.

Eliza has been cast in a new show so unless it's on a different shooting schedule and she has a contract that allows her to appear, her time on "Bull" could be limited to these three episodes.
Yes, the entertainment press said "possibly returning in Season 2" but this was before the new show was announced.

Something in the past two episodes have bothered me. I finally figured it out at the end of the episode. Weatherly is playing DiNozzo again. I could see the clown very clearly tonight, but also the serious sides that came through in episode such as "Obsession", parts of "Saviors" and other's where DiNozzo was forced to be serious.
I'll admit tonight he was able to weave the two DiNozzo's together quite skillfully, but the old NCIS character was front and center tonight.
I liked how the team questioned Bull from the start, how Cable bolted at the beginning, and the actual slow reveal and individual character transformation of Cable, Marissa, Bull and even the Lawyer. I liked how Benny called in a huge chip to help the team. It seemed that only Chunk was on the sidelines for the show. And I loved Danny's undercover work.
It really is too bad that Eliza won't be returning next season. She adds so much to the show.

@ NewBe
the interview was so-so (typical Tavis Smiley stuff), but I just can't get past MW's "look"...
by that I mean, what's with the unbuttoned shirt and the loosened tie? if you're gonna wear a dress shirt and tie, then wear it! otherwise, wear a sport shirt... I went back and looked at his guest appearance on the James Corden talk show, and he wore his shirt and tie the same way...
also, his unshaven face/neck doesn't do a thing to add to his appearance... he looks like he needs a long shower and a good shave... that's o.k. for hangin' around the house on the weekend, but when making a public appearance, welllll, clean it up!
I know you're a big fan of MW, but imho, his "look" is unbecoming... (btw, Maxine agrees with me; she said if he asked her out on a date, she wouldn't give him the time of day - she doesn't date bums!)
