but can't believe Torres fell out of undercover character so easily. Not sure we need to go there with a Bishop/Torres romance or something like that. But the two actors do work well together. After all his drilling of Bishop, it was very disappointing that they wrote that Torres confession scene. I suppose it's a reminder that he's not all that and a bag of chips.
Please, no more office romances.
Overall, I liked the episode. Probably just depends on the type of chips that are in the bag...

I agree that Bishop looked good all dolled up, but she is WAY to skinny/scrawny for my taste, so nowhere near a 10 (solid 8+ maybe -- about 15 pounds might get her a 9). I also agree with nas about things feeling forced and too many unbelievably boneheaded moves (mostly you, Nick)... Overall, since it WAS entertaining and not COMPLETELY obvious, I will give this a "B"

@ bob & seldon...
you guys saw Bishop thru "guy eyes", while I saw her thru my "fem eyes"... what you saw was a "looker"; what I saw was a "hooker"!
the makeup department [intentionally] made her up to look "skanky" - not very appealing, imho...

nas More like hooker wannabe. The face makeup was definitely overdone, but I only commented on her legs, which didn't appear to be wearing makeup. Now I can't remember if I said it in my retyping, but in the original post that I wrote then lost last night I mentioned a comparison to Tony and Kate's visit to the paternity test clinic and Bishop's outfit was a contributing factor in that.

I watched it last night - I thought it was good and I enjoyed it but I did not love it.
I think the cast works well together and in general the quality of the writing is better than it had been for many of the past seasons.
I am in agreement with these points nas. It did not ruin it but I feel like it made the episode a little weak.

I enjoyed the episode but I think I enjoyed it more the second time through. I agree with Hari Seldon that this was less of Tony and Ziva in Under Covers and more like Tony and Kate stealing the paternity test in The Bone Yard, although the tone was more serious than the paternity heist scene. It was interesting seeing Bishop change up her personality so much and it was good to see her react to a situation without hesitation. When she joined the team four years ago, Bishop had to think things through before she acted. But her little improve to 'capture' Gibbs and McGee helped them to find the drugs and ultimately figure out who was the real head honcho. Tim's comment about Torres being a bad influence made me laugh just like Gibbs. (Anyone else notice Gibbs had a couple of big grins in this episode?) Speaking of our head honcho, on my re-watch I figured out he was the man in charge when he said he could only comp the boat owner two tanks [of drugs] for his lost boat. Maybe it was because i knew how it ended but the way that scene went down tipped me off that he was the one who was really in charge. but can't believe Torres fell out of undercover character so easily. I think that scene was meant to show that Torres has changed and isn't the lone wolf that he was when he first joined the team not that he isn't that great under cover. Part of joining Gibbs' team was learning to trust others. In this case, he trusted Donnie and he got burned.
