I have to agree with you, NewBe! how can you relax when you're all hot and sweaty?
I tried to come up with something clever to say (a la seldon), but the best I could come up with was, "it's always 'hot yoga' here in Arizona!"

Any chance that they can continue the Ducky/ New York theme by allowing David to film scenes "in bunches" as a lecturer or writer and Palmer handles the ME duties in DC? It would make the commute for David easier. Or will Ducky just be appearing in less cases with his absences explained by being in NY? Glad he will still be part of NCIS.
Is the point of hot yoga that it enhances stretching and flexibility with the heat? And the sweat is cleansing? I like a good sweat with exercise but starting in the heat would not be for me....

Yes to everything. The heat makes it easier to stretch with less risk of injury and the heat is supposed to help you sweat out toxins. Vinyasa style yoga is more active to start. Very rarely do you remain in a pose for more than a few breaths, especially at the start while you're 'warming up.' You change poses with your breath and that's what makes it relaxing. You focus on your breathing and moving with the flow. It's very meditative. While it might not be everyone's style, I very much enjoyed it when I was actively practicing. Also, stepping into a nice warm and humid room in the middle of winter was a great feeling!

From David McCallum's Facebook Page:
Ducky has not gone over the side. He is still hard at work, writing his memoir in New York, while staying at the beautiful apartment of an old flame. He is available when needed, and will jump on the Acela whenever Jethro or Doctor Palmer needs him. Keep the faith. David

Well, I will miss driving around Valencia and seeing DMc in his little SUV with the "DUCKY4" plates, but I know all must move on eventually...

Maybe DMc is just slowing down a bit. He will still be there just not as much.
