Wouldn't it make more sense for Abby to take Delilah to the hospital than to try to get there before she does?

LMAO seldon.
I have just one heartfelt request: Please, please, please, please, please keep Abby OUT of the delivery room! This should be Delilah and Tim's story, not Abby's. Would also love to see the grandparents there.
BTW, I'm hoping for a boy.

On a tangent thought, with Delilah's paralysis she probably shouldn't feel the pain normally associated with childbirth. (I tried to look it up but only got pages claiming epidurals cause paralysis) Do you think the writers bothered to check on that or will we just get a standard birth scene, or will they just skip showing the delivery and have someone come out with an announcement to the gang in the waiting room?

I have to agree with sukismom, that was a very funny line!
I also have to agree with her about keeping Abby out of the delivery room...
even tho' she's been pretty "Abby-normal" ( ) this season, I don't need/want to see PP do her "hysterical Abby" act for Delilah's delivery...
I'm also thinking (and hoping) that we'll just have McGee come out and announce "We have a _______ (fill in the blank)!"
imo, a delivery room scene would be too time consuming given there's only 44 +/- minutes for the episode...
side comment:
I don't know if it's still being practiced, but I knew a few gals who had not only their husbands in the delivery room, but the whole frickin' family was allowed in there to witness the birth of the baby! they made a big "welcome to the world party" out of the occasion!
gotta' tell ya', the last thing I wanted in the delivery room when I had my kids was a half-dozen of my family in there with me!
I was not exactly in the mood for company, if you know what I mean...
