So Bishop and Torres are going Under Covers as a criminal couple? Something about that summary sounds familiar, but I just can't place where I've seen it before...

Charlie & Luis. Love Bishop's attitude.
Cut it out Torres. She's doing a fantastic job so far.
Glad Vance was listening.
Ah, don't worry guys (Tim, Jethro, Leon). They're regulars so we know they're OK.
*************
Makes sense. Money is green.
Meeting during an undercover at a known Gibbs hangout? Doesn't seem like the smartest thing to me.
I think "Luis" - Torres is rattled.
No surprise. Torres isn't really a following orders kind of guy - just like his Agent In Charge. Wonder if Bishop - his undercover partner - knows what he's doing?
**************
BENCH HIM! If not for disobeying a direct order then for insubordination.
Of course Gibbs knew. He's the champ of disobeying his superiors' orders at NCIS.
Ellie is right to be upset and no Abby, Torres isn't going to be contrite.
Uh, what you wouldn't normally do? You spent years of doing exactly what you just did.
While I'm thinking of it; Bishop outranks Torres on the team.
Sorry. Orders don't work that way. Yup, Jack's right. Now Director Vance has two of them. Bishop might have to pay the price.
Ah. Was that the boat owner?
What does a homicidal arsonist look like?
Too early. Not her.
This guy looks a little bit like "Vinnie" from Doogie Houser (I know it's not him).
Bishop's price (for Nick's rogue actions)?
*************
Would that have been another kaboom?
Ellie's going to need to come down from this.
Staged just like the one from ______________ (the one with the woman was garroted).
Real or a tall tale?
Nick didn't see the boat owner (yes, it was him earlier).
Blood. Whose?
BUSTED! (Dang! Ellie looks good) She's come a long way from her analyst days.
*************
Bishop got a lot of PHOOFS tonight.
Call Jimmy.
Can't say I'm sorry. Knew what he was doing when he was looking the other way. "The Lure of Easy Money".
Oh dear. Nick's companion (Donny) is the BOSS.
Dumb dumb dumb! Rookie mistake. We know he'll get lucky but... dumb dumb dumb.
Good! She didn't leave. Did Gibbs know she wouldn't.
All probably true but he's still on THIS side of the line.
Is Jack conned?
ALWAYS WEAR YOUR SEAT BELT!
Knew the timeline was wonky.
No Jimmy. No Ducky.
Whoa! A compliment.
I don't want anything to happen with them BUT I'm not upset anymore she divorced Jake. (however, at least they like each other)
I like the name Charlie for a girl.

this episode just did not do it for me... it just seemed a little too forced...
and since when do agents working undercover meet up with their supervisor in a public place?, i.e., Gibbs' regular diner! OR... go waltzing in and out of their workplace (the NCIS building)?
and "Mr. I'm a Pro Undercover Agent Torres" decides to tell "Donnie" who he really is because the guy wanted to be a FIREMAN (or a cop) when he grew up? oh, pulllease!
last, but not least: if that vehicle hit an immovable object so hard that it ejected the passenger thru the windshield, it's more than likely Torres would have been wearing the steering column in his chest - and the ejectee would likely be dead, or unconscious!
sorry, but this one was a total Fail for me...

nas... I said the same thing when the car drove into the wall/tractor whatever the passenger who flew out into the wall/ground would either be dead or badly broken and not able to move around....
Otherwise, I really like the growth Bishop has shown....I enjoyed this episode....

Well, I had a decent sized reply typed up only to have some combination of my laptop and this site lose it all. In short:
Good question if Gibbs would have allowed the homicide. Biggest problem with the diner was Elaine not being there. Previous posed corpses: 'Voyeur's Web', 'Bloodbath', and 'Twilight' is debatable since it was actually Kate's dream. Interrogation was a bit of a letdown since you don't get to see what Gibbs actually did. Best ever was in 'Terminal Leave' with the tour of autopsy. Bishop looked good, but can't call her a 10, possibly influenced by having watched a Rita Hayworth clip shortly before the episode. Oh, and good call on the person who said either in another thread or possibly another site that was linked by someone here, the whole undercover bit felt more like Tony and Kate at the clinic stealing DNA records than Tony and Ziva in 'Under Covers'. Did they ever actually explain the boat blowing up, or did they just ignore the cause since the body was dead before the explosion? I'm okay with no Ducky since he should spend at least one or two episodes in NY if he's supposed to be spending the semester there, but they couldn't give Palmer a minute or two? A bit surprised they didn't end the episode with Bishop going down to help with the tanks.

This has, so far, been a good season for Bishop and I hope they keep it up. Didn't particularly love this episode, but liked how they cut away when Gibbs shut off the camera in the interrogation room. I can imagine what happened better than they can show it. Figured out that they gofer was really the guy at the top but can't believe Torres fell out of undercover character so easily. Not sure we need to go there with a Bishop/Torres romance or something like that. But the two actors do work well together. Not a bad episode, but nothing great either.

After all his drilling of Bishop, it was very disappointing that they wrote that Torres confession scene. I suppose it's a reminder that he's not all that and a bag of chips.
Please, no more office romances.
Overall, I liked the episode.
