I read it as the new/original episodes will not be airing until the 15th no matter where you live in the US. Wouldn’t make sense for the country to be on two different episodes going forward. Llyan (Admin) , NCIS will be new tonight. FBI and NCIS Nola will be prempted/repeats. I think the question for kaschu32 is what time will it air in the mountain time zone. It's my suspicion that for mountain, it'll air right after the address and the talking heads... Although kaschu32 may need to verify that with their local CBS station.

sorry folks, but preempting NCIS is the least of my concerns tonite... we can always watch it later tonight, next week, or whenever...
what really concerns me, is why it’s being preempted...
I cannot tell you how upset I am over this! 😡 when will this “D.C. Reality Show” be cancelled?!

Overall I liked it.
I was livid at Torres and his texting Ellie’s boyfriend to cancel their date. It was actually red flag behavior.
I loved to hate the SecDef but like he said the SecNav speaks highly of Gibbs.
Is this SecDef dirty like former SecNav Davenport? His behavior at the end with the CIA guy was foreboding.
So McGee and Torres were let off the hook only because SecDef has secrets.
Laughed ate The retrieving of the badges from Vance’s desk (or was it his conference table.
Did I mention Torres reprehensible behavior in texting Ellie’s boyfriend from her phone. Note to Ellie. Lock down your phone. The iPhone X has facial recognition so he won’t be able to do it again. His apology wasn’t enough for me. I’m glad she mentioned trust but though she let him off too easy. He got two get out of jail free cards in one episode.
Grade B.

It certainly looks like SecDef is dirty. Basically they blackmailed him with the information about his being a major shareholder in the guilty company and it looks like he's out for revenge - for the money he will be losing, not the act of blackmail. I interpreted the scene as him being willing to send Gibbs, McGee, and Torres to prison just to avoid the financial loss.
Ellie probably already has her phone locked most of the time, but she gave it to him specifically to look at what she was reading which can't be done while locked.
I'm really not liking the shipping between Torres and Ellie. And it's starting to make the Tiva stuff look downright subtle.

Seemed like a jealousy intent for sending that text, and then right at the end of the episode he was wanting to say something to attempt an official start of Ellick but couldn't find the balls.
The back and forth timeline approach got me confused a few times. Would have preferred the usual "(whatever) hours earlier" jump after the initial part. C instead of B because of that.

Torres could do so much more than reruns of stupid Tony behavior...... writers.... please don't continue down this path of silly over reaching Torres.....
Taking Ellie's phone and responding to a text "for" her? he is lucky she isn't writing him up for that......
AND NO just NO to pairing them......

Episode premise was such that this should have been a good episode, but then it wandered all over the place. It seemed as if they had 1 hour to show it and 1 and a half hours of plot. Interested to see where the McGee leaving bit leads. Hope Torrez's messing with Bishop's phone will turn her away from him because we don't need an office romance to muck up the plots. And could we now leave the SecDef alone for a while? NCIS doesn't do long arcs or revenge arcs very well. Did love the tussle of which badge went to which agent. Would be nice if they'd bring back SecNav as a foil for SecDef. Always thought she did a good job with the role.

I must have blinked or something - how did Torres get her phone in the first place!
I would have broken his freakin’ fingers for doing that! 🤬 his jealousy and mooning over Bishop like a little puppy dog is ridiculous! 😝
aside from depicting the SecDef as “dirty”, I thought the rest of the episode was seriously “meh”, so I have no further comments...

nas She was reading something from her phone and handed it to Torres when they were visiting Jimmy in autopsy. That's when he saw the messages and sent the text to cancel her date. Of all the things they ever did with the Tiva jealousy, they never crossed that line like Torres did with breaking her date. Bishop let him off waaaaay too easy.

nas I forgot what it was, but she had something related to the case pulled up on her phone and was showing it to him. Myself, I think it's bad enough when you try to show someone a picture from your phone and they grab it and start going through your entire photo gallery.

This episode hurt me.
Gibbs was poisoned was BZ gas in the past! It's not like chemical warfare is new to them.
They didn't have a warrant; Gibbs gave the go ahead and McGee just hacked.
No way McGee and Torres could pull that stunt and receive *no* consequences.
Speaking as someone who cleans up blood on occasion, no way they'd treat the guy coughing up blood so casually. They'd give him a mask or be wearing masks themselves.
BTW: Anyone notice how fast Gibbs bolted for the elevator? Or that he out his badge and ID on the table but not his gun?

oh yeah! I totally agree with that, casey!!
here's the guy sitting in Interrogation with blood on his mouth, and they just keep questioning him as if there nothing wrong! I kept thinking, "What the frack is wrong with those people?!?"
eventually, we saw that there were a couple of medical guys tending to him, but that whole situation with a guy knowing he was dying from chemical poisoning was absolutely idiotic... he should have been removed to a hospital IMMEDIATELY!!
I swear, sometimes I think the writers for this show are getting dumber every time they write an episode for NCIS!

I can't blame the writers of this show, because I've seen other shows be guilty of the same kind of writing, too.
