Secured tickets to NCIS just in case I do decide to go. The Dolly “good” ones had gone by the time general sale happened but if I do book flights before the iffy seats have gone, I will try for those as well. I did not mind possibly wasting the NCIS money but not the Dolly as well for the seat positions. I assume no one else on here is thinking of going?

Gave in and have booked flights, hotel and tickets to Dolly and NCIS. Actually re-watched the PaleyFest from March 2010 over the weekend. Just hope David is there, looking forward to seeing Diona. Air New Zealand had return flights for £350 don't tell Greta

Christopher Lloyd to Guest on NCIS as Confounding Pearl Harbor Survivor By Matt Webb Mitovich / March 4 2020, 9:30 AM PST Great Scott! Three-time Emmy winner Christopher Lloyd is set to guest-star on CBS’ NCIS.
TVLine has learned that the onetime Taxi driver (for which he netted two of his Emmy wins) will appear in a springtime episode of TV’s most watched drama as Joe Smith, a 95-year-old former Navy sailor who served on the USS Arizona when it was attacked at Pearl Harbor in 1941.
Determined to have his ashes laid to rest with his fellow sailors when he dies, the “sharp, spry and unapologetic curmudgeon” becomes the focus of an investigation and confounds Gibbs (played by Mark Harmon) and the entire team, who are not sure if they can believe him.
In addition to his two wins for playing Taxi‘s Rev. Jim Ignatowski, Lloyd in 1992 made Emmy history when he won Best Dramatic Actor for Disney’s Road to Avonlea, besting a field of series regulars with his guest-starring appearance. (The following year, the Emmy rules were changed to add a Guest Appearance category.)
Lloyd’s more recent TV credits include a Season 2 episode of NBC’s A.P. Bio, an arc on Syfy’s 12 Monkeys and an appearance on ABC’s Roseanne revival, while his film roles include, of course, the Back to the Future franchise.
NCIS Season 17 is airing Tuesdays at 8/7c.tvline.com/2020/03/04/ncis-season-17-christopher-lloyd-guest-star/

Sometime in the spring we should get episode 400. They usually make a big deal out of episodes that end in 00. Do you suppose this could be it?

The episode after Schooled is entitled Blarney, I wonder if that is the one that he will be in? I must admit I don't know who he is. The episode that was airing on 17 March has been pushed back a week, so one new next Tuesday, then another rerun before another new episode.

Same plot as a MAGNUM P.I. episode only the daughter/grand daughter was trying to get
her father's/grandfather's ashes buried on the USS ARIZONA with his shipmates that are still there...

Is BtttF the one with the DeLorean car? I have never seen it or Taxi. Only reason I know about the car is they often show clips on shows I watch, in fact American Pickers had an episode over here (UK) the other night where Mike drove one, the fact that I now know John DeLorean was a BiL to Mark Harmon spiked my interest. If it helps I often don’t know the “big” guest stars. I did of course know Robert Wagner and John Waite because Hart to Hart and The Walton’s we’re staple diet growing up.
Out of curiosity I went and looked at his career and Star Trek 3 - Search for Spock, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and Who Framed Roger Rabbit were the only things I have seen.

Back to the Future made the DeLorean well known. I had never even heard of it before then.

Treat yourself one of these days and binge watch TAXI. His character, Reverend Jim, is hysterical. Whole cast was spectacular. Writing top notch.
