Found a goof. Dr. Grace states McGee is the only one who has been hypnotized there (Eyewitness), but Palmer was also hypnotized in 'About Face'.

Hah! Good memory! Tim was officially hypnotized by a therapist but Abby hypnotized Palmer. Maybe they didn't tell anyone else about Palmer getting hypnotized after he revealed his unhealthy interest with the ladies' footwear?
I got home late so the poll is late but it's up now. I really enjoyed this one. There were a lot of really funny moments and an interesting case. The poor Corporal really has some issues and the guest actress, Camryn Grimes, did a great job. I'm a little surprised that they didn't pinpoint what her problem was in the episode though. At least she'll be able to get the help she needs though.
I also found it really interesting that they brought up the counterfeit drugs from the season finale again. And not only that but Gibbs brushed McGee off about it. I wonder if Fornell really wants to move on or if he and Gibbs are doing their own little investigation and they don't want McGee to stick his nose in? It might have been brief but it's a nice setup to bring that story line back again.

Just watched it ...my favorite part was the last scene, Gibbs playing catch with Phineas. Enjoyed the episode.
Did like the Fornell/ Emily reference. Hope it goes somewhere

Just watched it ...my favorite part was the last scene, Gibbs playing catch with Phineas. Enjoyed the episode. Did like the Fornell/ Emily reference. Hope it goes somewhere As soon as Gibbs found out the glove was for the wrong hand I knew he'd be acquiring an appropriate one for Phineas, though I expected he'd have an extra one somewhere in the house or know where there was one he could grab from the evidence locker rather than going out and buying one. I'm sure he'll take the kid to the batting cages at some point - the same ones used by Bishop, Mann, and the switch hitting serial killer. I'm wondering if the South African accent of the mother is just because of the actress they used or if it's going to be a future plot point. Maybe we'll get a twofer and the drugs from the Emily Fornell case originated in South Africa and the mom is somehow involved. They already did it with Vance, so maybe the mom is there specifically to keep tabs on Gibbs since there has to be someone in every season with a personal vendetta against him. I really hope not, but I've just got this feeling...

I see the actress who played Sarah is South African but I thought the accent was more Australian, bit confused that the father had the boy and the boy did not have an accent, so assumed he was in the US yet the boy had not played baseball. Guess we will find more in a couple of episodes when Phineas returns.

Thought the episode with a bit slow and the "who did it" came out of nowhere. I did like the premise though. I enjoyed that Nick is the one that fell under the hypnotic spell (but I'm sure we all figured that one out) & since we didn't see what happened we'll get bits and pieces as the season goes along. I like the new neighbors and did everyone notice that Sarah is a redhead! I'm sure they'll be recurring.

Liked the kid (and the mom) and the interaction with Gibbs. Found always calling him "Jethro Gibbs" interesting. Can't say as much for the case.

Is there a husband? Red headed mum with a small-ish son. How old is the kid? Let me guess; he’s around 8.
Sounds like she’s a “honey trap” or something similar.

Is there a husband? Red headed mum with a small-ish son. How old is the kid? Let me guess; he’s around 8. Sounds like she’s a “honey trap” or something similar. The mother stated the boy was raised by his father for the first half of his life and that manners weren't a part of that. She never used the word 'husband', so I'm going with her never having married the guy.
I already mentioned the feeling she might be something more than she appears. For having two jobs and no time to teach him anything, she seemed to have time to watch Gibbs teach him. She also said that as if she was going to teach him the baseball stuff, but at least seemed not to know which hand the glove goes on.
On the side of the kid, you at least need to know you're throwing at the house to break that window in the door. He also had a smirk on his face before throwing over Gibbs and hitting the pickup (glad it wasn't the Challenger). And after that throw, he got way too good at throwing way too quickly. I know these could just be flaws in the acting, writing, and directing, but they certainly do add up.

Call me lewd if you want, but I hope the wardrobe people keep dressing Bishop in a less-frumpy way like they did this week. I was a particular fan of the jeans and snug white short-short sleeve t-shirt.

I enjoyed this one. Didn't see the solution coming at all. I enjoyed the interaction between Phineas and Gibbs. Hope that there is nothing more to the new neighbors than an opportunity for Gibbs to provide some "give the boy some guy time". Those things do happen, after all. Regarding the accent question, I have a physician who emigrated from Russia with his family when the kids were small. The kids don't have the accent, the only time the wife shows the accent is when she speaks the native tongue. He, however, hasn't lost it at all
