Can someone refresh my memory what the issue is with McGee? Private industry higher paying job? Or just speculation? At this point, it's all wild conjecture. There's been no spoilers that McGee (or any other actor) is planning to leave the show. Last season, they had teased that McGee was going to leave for the private sector (the NCIS version of Google aka Spendifida). But then he burned that bridge when he used his recruiting tour to get information out of their servers for their case. I have read speculation that Sean may leave in multiple places, though it is nothing more than conjecture at this point.

There's a lot of click-baity websites that pull out those "Is X Leaving NCIS?" articles every few weeks. If you fall for it and read their article, they often cite the thinnest 'proof' that X might be leaving without any real evidence. My favorites are the ones that have links in them that are supposed to be "proof" that they're right. But when you follow the links, they run circles around a few articles before circling back to their article which was based on nothing but wild conjecture.
There's nothing out there that's even remotely credible that any actor is planning to leave NCIS. At least not at the moment.

Thanks. I thought that the story line of McGee getting an offer within the private sector closed within the episode but I was not sure.
Time will tell I guess who stays and who leaves the show.

Hah! I knew that was going to be McGee's 'personal decision!' That was a good episode. Not too heavy. Nice and twisty.

It was good, but terribly predictable. I knew who the killer was the first time I saw them. This episode also reminded me of Need to Know, where a big secret comes out and the ending. Not going to go into too much spoiler-y stuff til all have seen it.

The very definition of a mediocre episode.

Okay. Gotta ask: what was this “serious decision” McGee had to make?

Okay. Gotta ask: what was this “serious decision” McGee had to make? I am guessing a vasectomy

Yeah, he was just fussing about his upcoming snip-snip, or in this case the "no incision method" that I'd never heard of before.

Okay. Gotta ask: what was this “serious decision” McGee had to make? He was thinking about getting a new shirt...
