Nas With all that meteorology knowledge, have you ever thought about becoming a TV weather girl?

funny you should say that, verdun! every summer I think the same thing: âWhat a boring, useless, repetitious job those TV weather people have!â instead of spending 5-10 minutes giving us the weather report every day, they could sum it up in about 20 seconds by saying: âIt was hot yesterday, itâs hot today, gonnaâ be hot tomorrow, too!â they could say that from June to mid-October and that would cover itâŠ.

(she prefers the white variety) and btw, notice how loyal & helpful her Fur Baby Clyde is⊠đ

Where I live in MN, we received about 18" There is so much snow piled up at the end of my driveway, I can't see the street! It became quite cold today - the high is 12 (it was 5 when I got up this am) More snow coming tonight. Glad to see California is getting rain and snow - but worrried about mudslides!

Hopefully tonightâs snow is not much, also next week more snow will also arrive. Although I am not certain how much is predicated.

nas Thanks nas, thankfully by this afternoon if had warmed up to about 12 degrees. Itâs supposed to get a little warmer starting to tomorrow. With March just days away, I am hoping to see fewer really cold days, but in Minnesota you never really know what the weather will do this time of year.

to be honest, ballerina, the weather has been so unusual and unpredictable lately thereâs no telling what you will get in Minnesota this year⊠Mother Natureâs âchangeâ is throwing curves at everyone - worldwide!
itâs interesting, albeit rather scary⊠đ€ wonder what sheâs got in store for me here in Arizona for the upcoming monthsâŠ

Winter weather is pretty much winding down, but this winter was the the third snowiest on record. 89.7 inches of snow!
Needless to say I am ready for warmer weather and no more snow.

Winter weather is pretty much winding down, but this winter was the the third snowiest on record. 89.7 inches of snow! Needless to say I am ready for warmer weather and no more snow. We've been in the opposite boat. We've had our 4th least snowiest winter on record with only 14.5 inches of snow and most of that came in December and January. (February only had 0.2 inches of snow!) We usually get around 45 inches. We've had plenty of rain so we're not in a drought situation. Still, I'm looking forward to warmer weather too!

We had virtually no snow this winter in northern NJ. At the end of Feb we had one small storm - maybe two inches. Then in early March we had a storm where only grassy surfaces were covered. I would have be quite happy with no snow, but the dogs love it and watching their joy playing in snow is great.
