Okay, I know that several people, over on the "other" board, have frequently expressed their dislike (Loathing, hatred, despising animosity) towards the character of Jimmy Palmer.
Allow me, as the first poster on this particular thread, to make a few "Positive" observations about Brian Dietzen.
The man is talented. He can sing, he can dance, and he can act. He's proven each of these over the years on NCIS. His acting range goes from the obvious "funny fall guy", "butt of the joke", "easy target of the clown", to compassionate, caring, understanding, and very vulnerable. And while I know my next statement would get several howls from others, I believe that he is long overdue for Emmy and Golden Globe nominations in best supporting actor categories. I for one would love to see him become a regular, every episode, character on the show and I would love to see him used for what he truly is, a partner for Ducky.
It's called a remote control. It has a channel up button, a channel down button, and a power off button. Get familiar with this device, learn to use it.
How can we expect the world to trust in a loving God, when His followers can be so full of hate?

I agree about his range as an actor and add that over on Twitter he's always gracious to fans and very giving to his castmates. I too wish he was in every episode and perhaps if David M steps down or even back a bit we'll see him more in Season 15.
Has anyone here seen is film "Congratulations"? It's an indy film and is very good.

I have a feeling he likes it that way. it allows him to do other things (perhaps not long term) in between just like Rocky Carroll and David do. I understand in David's case its the travel and his age but I believe each actor has a specialized contract (or perks) that allow them certain things.
