Chicago Fire responds to a converted warehouse fire. Chicago Med has to treat people at the scene. Chicago PD has to investigate the cause of the fire. Chicago Justice has to prosecute the bad guys.
Do you think somebody at NBC is from Chicago?

Perhaps that explains the abysmal programing.

Do you think somebody at NBC is from Chicago? Dick Wolf, now. He moved Wolf Productions from NYC to Chicago.

The "Chicago" shows are the only ones on NBC worth watching. Justice looks promising but I need to see a few more episodes first. Not huge fan of medical shows but Med is okay. Fire has gotten a bit too soap operaish lately but still good. P.D. is IMO the best of the lot.

Can't think of any Dick Wolf productions I've ever been overly impressed with.

Never took to Law and Order. Liked most of the cast, but the show never grabbed my attention. A bit like NCIS:LA, like the cast, not the show.

Do you think somebody at NBC is from Chicago? I'm here waiting for Chicago High or Chicago College, because right now it seems that they're only missing a school because they're out of spin off ideas. I think that Law and Order tried a spin off with all their shows, once. Maybe I'm mistaken. I know CSI did, but they only had three shows at the time.

They had 4...The Original Law & Order, L&O: SVU; L&O: Criminal Intent; L&O:LA and finally L&O Trial By Jury (the one Jerry Orbach was supposed to move to before his death) The LA one and the TBJ didn't do well in the ratings.

There was also Law and Order: UK but I don't know for sure if that counts. I liked catching that show on BBC because of those wigs...

There was also Conviction, which was a 2006 spin off for the Alexandria Cabot character on SVU. It only had 13 episodes before it disappeared into obscurity.
