When Nick Torres was introduced to us in episode one of this season, he was undercover when he got word that his sister was a target of the criminal organization he was trying to bring down. In that episode, his brother-in-law was killed, his sister seriously injured, and his obnoxious teen aged niece left grieving and clinging to hope her mother would make it.
Now, some twenty episodes later, there hasn't been one mention of this incident. We used to get Dornaget's named dropped all the time, as well as other characters, Delilah, Jackie, Eli, etc., etc., etc. . .
This is one of the things that really upset me about this show. I mentioned in my post about "House Rules" how the death of McGee's father was well over a year too late. Here we go again, Torres has family that no one ever asks about, and no one seems to care about.
Is this the influence of GG haunting the writer's room of NCIS? If so, let's exorcise the ghost and get some intelligence written into the character, and the shows.
And yes, I have read my own signature.
