They've been doing quite a bit with Bishop this year, but now they're bringing on a new female agent. They did that last season with Jennifer Esposito. It seems like they don't think either the actress or the role is good enough to carry the female lead agent role as both Ziva and Kate did.

Or, the PTBs are kneeling at the alter of political correctness. Got to have more women...

Don't forget, Jenny was around for the first three Ziva seasons, acting like an agent a bit more than a director should. As for Bishop, I think they did a great job with her for the episodes where she was in charge.

"Jack" sounds a awful lot like LtCol Mann to me. If she comes in and is even remotely like her I'm not going to be a happy camper.
Is she going to be on the team or working with them?

Or, the PTBs are kneeling at the alter of political correctness. Got to have more women... I am not a fan of Political Correctness. However, I'm all for bringing on more female agents/cast members. The more the merrier. However, just don't make them love interests for Gibbs, Ducky, or Vance.
I would have preferred that Quinn stayed, but I'll give the new one a chance.
