After the two previous lackluster episodes, I have to admit my expectations for this one weren't very high.
Having said that, I have to say this was one superbly done story and every character rose to the occasion.
For me, a couple of the standout momemnts were Tim trying to get Ray to open up in the library and Gibbs and Fletcher in interrogation. Also Gibbs and McGee at the cemetary.
One other observation. The look on Fletcher's face at the end...While the law can't punish him for what he did, that look on his face tells me his conscience will...And that punishment can be worse than any prison sentence.
I have to agree with others. This was one of the best episodes ever.

I was looking forward to watching this episode - as I said I am behind and I don't go into the threads but I check the polls.
LOVED IT! It did not disappoint. Well done by all - I agree with NewBe - best episode since Heartland. Worth the wait to watch it and enjoy it!
