I gave this an A I absolutely loved how McGee stood his ground with Gibbs. As for the engagement timeline, Stephanie could have filed for divorce and moved out a good year before the divorce became final. Gibbs could have met Ellen, fell in love and got engaged in that time. No law says he couldn't become engaged while still married. They could have been engaged with the understanding they'd have to wait until the divorce was finalized. That's the only thing that would make sense.

I am not really sure how I feel about this episode. Certainly not the strong dislike that some have expressed, but parts of it did not go over that well with me either. I find it hard to believe there was another engagment/ fiancee in the mix. Overkill for me.
I know Gibbs is supposed to be a closed book but not really into him witholding info that might be relevant with the case.
Both the Gibbs hacking the chairs in interrogation and Torres giving away the ComicCon passes were pretty annoying.
I thought that was pretty good too ..
Great point - and also those killed on Flight 93...
I have enjoyed some of the dynamics between them in the last two episodes.
And that is what I love about you nas, I always know where you stand. I love the direct approach, even though I have not quite mastered it myself!

I screen grabbed and rotated. Is the large star uncommon, perhaps Gibbs recognised it and the timeline. So I finally figured out what those larger medals are! It hit me when I was watching The Code (which I really like, by the way.) They're all Marines (unlike JAG which had a mix of Navy and Marines in their office) and every marine is a rifleman. Ellen appears to have been a sharpshooter, which is the second highest award on the weapons qualification course. She appears to have a medal for the rifle and one for the pistol as well.
- “Marksmen” is the lowest score obtained, with a scoring range of 250-279
- “Sharpshooter” is obtained with a combined score falling between 280-304
- “Expert” is obtained with a combined score falling between 305-350
