It is on Apple TV.
Is it shown in the US?
It did not really interest me, even though it is about "soccer" (even the spelling of that looks odd, so football to me) and is filmed in Richmond, Surrey where I live. The idea of an American coach, who knows nothing about English football being brought over to coach a team to get them relegated, to get the wife's revenge on her divorcing husband was odd as a "comedy". The first season was so highly regarded, it was upped for the second and filming began again. Everywhere I was trying to get, I was seeing camera crews, it was getting very annoying for a show I did not watch, so I gave in and started watching. I absolutely love, love it. Is it a comedy, well yes, some parts are funny but the group of actors and the relationships is wonderful. Warning it is a bit sweary, lots of the F word, even in front of the kids, who do what kids do in real life, laugh at the naughty word, usually said by Roy Kent. Nice music as well.
Give it a go.
Nas the first season filmed quite a lot by the River Thames and The Green, where the pub is and Ted lives down a little street just off the green.

Well is it over or will there be a spin off, without Ted? It was a good run, some episodes this series missed the mark but others were as good as the earlier ones. I’d probably watch a spinoff.

I'm one of probably the few people in my rural-type area who like watching soccer/football. Have been told Ted Lasso is really good and I should watch it sometime. I don't have Apple TV though. Maybe at some point I'll sign up and give it a go.
Thanks for the info.
