it’s gonna’ be fun to see how well this is written with Diona joining forces with seasoned writer Scott Williams…
casting Lilan Bowden as Jess’ sister was a good choice - they really could pass for sisters!
and what’s for lunch? looks like some kind of small sandwich, french fries - and a good red 🍷… sounds good to me! 😂 (Maxine says she’ll pass on the starch - just pour!)
wait a minute!! the ep description says Kasie joins Jess & her sister - so, who’s the fourth setting for at the table?

If you live in AZ check your local listings. I'm in Phoenix and the Cardinals are playing on Monday Night and the local CBS station will air the football game.
The show will air at 1:30am Tuesday morning.

thanx, kaschu! if you hadn’t posted this I wouldn’t have known to find it at 1:30 a.m.
🤔 I wonder something: MNFootball is a nationally televised event, so perhaps it will affect the NCIS schedule time for the show’s fans elsewhere in the country… I really don’t know how that works - just sayin’, just in case…

I just checked my local listings and the Monday night football game is on ESPN. I think because it's local to you they put it on broadcast television. But for everyone else it's on cable.

Are you sure it's CBS, because normally the local ABC station would have MNF since ESPN is it's sister station?

yep you’re right, jennifer, ABC and ESPN are indeed sister stations…
but the game will be on CBS, not ABC; for some reason both NCIS & NCIS: Hawaii have been preempted for the 49’ers vs. Cardinals football game scheduled for this Monday night; I’ve set my DVR to record starting at 1:30 a.m…. (I do subscribe to cable and see that the game is also airing on ESPN in the Phoenix area…)
who knows? 🤷♀️ perhaps CBS cut a deal with the NFL so the AZ Cardinals fans who don’t have cable can watch the game, which is being played in Mexico City (this is considered a “home game” for the Cards)…
I must admit, if kaschu hadn’t told us about the preemption I wouldn’t have known about it, and just figured the shows were rescheduled for a later date…
as of this writing (Saturday evening) I have yet to see anything about the rescheduling to the early morning hours, tho I have done some Google searching to get some info…
um, where did you see the info, kaschu?

I was watching the local late night news and they said that they'd be airing the game from Mexico City on Monday night. I went to the guide and looked at Monday then followed it out till I found the game.

I hope the viewers in AZ. did not lose any sleep over this TURKEY...
And their team is getting their butts kicked by the 49er's.
Not a good night for AZ. NCIS and football fans...

I blame it on the elevation, scotchrox… Mexico City sits at 7349 feet high! at that elevation I couldn’t walk down the street, let alone play football, without running out of breath!
so that’s our story, and we’re stickin’ to it!
nas (o.k. - we were outplayed 😕)
