As I stated, I would post my opinions to each character's reaction to the loss of two characters.
As far as I'm concerned, Torres' reaction to Reeves death was a bit over done. Much like Weatherly's "All hands on deck". Way too much over acting. Probably not the actor's choice, but in MW case, Glasberg probably wanted that, but with Torres, I'm not sure who would want that kind of bad acting. (I would go into acting techniques, but that's a whole other thread, suffice it to say, actors are always taught that in dramatic acting, less is more. [Comedy is another story])
Of course Torres has a closer connection with Reeves, he's in the field with him more than he is down in Abby's lab, therefore his seemingly [to me] less distraught reaction to Abby's announcement is understandable, though I would have thought he would have had a reaction to her reasons', "honoring Clay and his mother".
Over all, a decent performance by Vlad.
