I clicked on the Huff post and she is not getting much support, which is interesting. Obviously her Twitter account has more support. Her twitter account is made up of people who like her. The Huffington Post is made up of reporters, who don't really like anyone. Not everyone body...I posted a scathing tweet to her...and people liked it...

I thought for a while the CBS was going to just ignore everything but they did release a statement to which Pauley responded.
This tells me that likely the 'multiple assaults' was referring to something other than what occurred on set. That likely she was referring to her ex like usmcbrat thought and that the "workplace concern" was the issue of Mark's dog. (I wish I could remember where I saw it but I'm pretty sure that Pauley has said she is afraid of big dogs.) And the 'working with her to find a resolution' was that she and Mark didn't share a scene for all of season 15. Of course, that's all speculation and we may never really know what happened. But either way, her response seems to dash cold water on the implication that she was assaulted on set.

This is kind of how I see it as well - pure speculation on my part. All and all though a pretty sad set of circumstances if it is true - but we don't know and don't know other variables that could have played into the equation. But I can't imagine how uncomfortable and tense the set was last season. And I also go back to last year the end of filming when she said it was "her saddest work day ever" (that may be paraphrased). I wonder if the solution was not what she had hoped?

I have to say, this story seems to put the pieces together in a way that makes so much more sense than anything else I've read. It also fills in a few gaps between the pieces of information that I've seen elsewhere.

This dog bite incident, was the crew member playing roughly with the dog ( not unlike many dog owners can get at times while playing with their dog) and the dog bite was accidental? Or was it a bite for no reason?

Or was it a bite for no reason? Not that TMZ is the most reliable source but here's what they said at the time. It sounded like it was accidental and that the dog was not known to be aggressive.

Okay, thanks, that was what I was thinking. I find it interesting that PP who claims to be an animal lover, (particularly dogs) would react like this. Especially if it was as a result of someone roughhousing with the dog. This incident completely destroyed their relationship?

As far as I'm concerned, PP is losing credibility, and I'm losing respect for her, as a person. I think it's time she moved on now.
The one with the magic touch (hoodoo voodoo) thank you for getting the article up. I guess I could have copied and pasted, but . . . that would have meant getting the baseball bat from the other room.

Just to let you know ....I like dogs as much as the next person but I have also been bitten myself and for some breeds I am just not comfortable. I also had former co worker get mauled and died from injuries. IT doesn't matter if they are small or large.

All that fuss and innuendo over a story about a dog, that happened more than a year ago!!! I see she is still posting other things on Twitter, this from someone who left NCIS to "be alone and out of the limelight". Not doing a very good job is she?

Being a dog lover also means wanting what is best and safest for the dog and and humans involved. I know several people who are afraid of large dogs in general even though they own small dogs. My dogs have all been fairly large (labs and lab mixes) and I am a dog person but there are dogs that I don't want to be around because I like friendly and goofy and not intense.
