The departure of Ducky or Gibbs, both retirement age, would break my heart (if I had one).
Directors had, prior to Vance, not lasted long.
SO, none of those departures would surprise me.
That said, I agree with tuna's statement.

Time will tell and keep in mind that all things come to an end. The show has had a good run and for the last few years hearing "that this year is the last" would not have surprised me.

If anyone, Ducky due to DmC’s age and the limited contract for S16.
Overall, I just hope the show makes it to 400 episodes, and Bishop’s episode count can at least equal or exceed Ziva’s
