QUESTION: based solely on the pictures llyan posted, do they really expect us to believe the hot tub was transferred - “body soup & all” - to the NCIS forensic garage?
having owned a hot tub for several years, believe me when I say that would have been a helluva transport trick! (only in Hollyweird... )

I think I'd rather deal with the decomposed body than the guy walking around without pants.

well, based on sneak peek #1 I guess they really do!
Seriously, Gibbs?!?!
o.k., I’m no expert on this, but I did own a hot tub at one time, and removing it from the backyard was a b!tch - even when it was empty!!
so, I’ll bet good $$$ that would never happen - even if LJG ordered it!
moving that hot tub, which probably weighs about 1.5 tons (+/-) with water in it, would be damn near impossible, even on a flatbed! (look at the video; the access/egress to the location of the hot tub is a narrow gate) not to mention [bloody] water would be sloshing all over the place during the lift and transport...
I’m already pi$$ed off with this episode, and I’ve only seen a few pix and trailers...
(and the creep in the bathrobe? please!!) the writers must think we’re dumber than they are...

true, scotchrox! not funny - but true!
these NCIS writers are making me freakin’ nutz!! 😡 (the life of a Realist is painful, indeed.. 😕)
I have a few more comments to make about this upcoming episode, but I’ll wait until after it airs tonight...

Paraphrasing Kasie: "The most disgusting case NCIS has ever had".
Remains to be seen but my vote still goes to the one with the crypts that had "oatmeal" ozzing all over the place around skeletal remains.

Maybe if we got smell-o-vision, then I could agree with the team that the slow boiled body would be the most disgusting case ever. But since we don't, I'll have to go with you on this on Llyan (Admin) . That one with crypts and the "oatmeal" bodies was definitely their worst visual dead body ever. Even the meat puzzle wasn't nearly so bad as the dead bodies in Skeletons.
The episode poll is up.

random thoughts for episode 16.02/Love Thy Neighbor:
~ I won’t keep beating the dead horse, but I still think that moving that hot tub en todo was ludicrous... if anyone disagrees with me - or knows that a hot tub can be moved full of water, with or without body & blood, please feel free to tell me...
~ why, why, WHY do the NCIS writers insist on portraying “senior women” as flirtatious, over-sexed, horn doggies? (this isn’t the first time...) others may find it amusing, but I do not - nor does Maxine... on the contrary, it’s annoying and insulting! 😠
~ “bathrobe guy” was disgusting! 😝 Torres was right - “Nobody needs to see that.”
~ “Ka-Ka” is okay... as long as she doesn’t say “GibbsGibbsGibbsGibbsGibbs”, we”ll get along just fine... 😉
~ you can call him “Doctor Palmer” til the cows come home, but deep down Jimmy is still a doofus...
~ Gibbs in Interogation wielding his Zero Tolerance 301 - - ooooooh, scary! 😬 (NOT!)
~ believe it or not, imho Torres was the best part of the whole episode tonight! yes, his Tony impersonation is annoying, but when it turned out the reason he was in a funk was because his broken sunglasses brought back memories of his dead buddy Reeves, it was quite touching 😕... and WV played that scene beautifully... well done, Wilmer! 👏 👏 👏
that’s all for now...

~ you can call him “Doctor Palmer” til the cows come home, but deep down Jimmy is still a doofus... He was a bit more on the goofier side this episode. I think they tried to pass off his fight on the fact he had been drinking wine but honestly that part was what I liked the least about the episode. Not the fight... they showed that Torres was spoiling for a fight and confronting those two idiots wasn't out of character for him. Although, I don't think he was going to fight them until Palmer threw the first punch. I think Torres was trying intimidate them to force them to back down, which might have worked until Palmer got involved... Anyway, it was the wine and painting party that annoyed me the most. That kind of thing seems right up Palmer's alley although, I've never been to one of those painting parties where they had a live model present. It's the two idiots that started the confrontation that bugged me. I can't picture people like them attending an event like that. Set that scene in a 'dad bar' (ie a bar that Torress wouldn't go to because it isn't 'cool')and it would have been more likely to occur.~ believe it or not, imho Torres was the best part of the whole episode tonight! yes, his Tony impersonation is annoying, but when it turned out the reason he was in a funk was because his broken sunglasses brought back memories of his dead buddy Reeves, it was quite touching 😕... and WV played that scene beautifully... well done, Wilmer! 👏 👏 👏
I really loved his reason for being so irrationally upset that he broke his sunglasses. It was perfectly in character for Torres to hold in his emotions and hide the truth. And the reveal at the end where he said he misses his buddy was very sweet. I wasn't expecting a call back to Reeves' character and it was nice to show that even though time has passed, he's still feeling the loss of his friend. Very well done by Wilmer.

Agree about how they portray Senior women. We do not act like that. And Kasie is growing on me, probably will end up liking her before the season is over.

Very well done by Wilmer. On point 1, the wife and I agreed that it had appeared that the antagonists might just be a couple themselves. On point 2, the wife was crying at the end (she misses Reeves, too), but I hope that the writers don't use the mutual melancholy regarding their friend to have BishRez/TorOp/TorBish(?) end up waking the next morning in bed naked with each other. The shipping in these shows has gotten waaaaay too prevalent.
