The original post has been updated with the press release. Note, I didn't include the guest cast because it was the same guest cast listed from this week's (Flight Plan) episode. If the Press Release is corrected, I'll update the original post again.

Hmm, sounds like a lead up to Ellick.

Is it just me or does this sound like SWAK just a bit? Have to wait and see if Eleanor pretends to be injured worse than she is in order to keep Torres company.

Yeah now that you mention it... I think that if Kate hadn't left, SWAK would have been part of the setup for putting her and Tony together, if I'm remembering old plot ideas correctly.

Hmm, on foot. I guess I was just automatically assuming they were in a car.

Does anyone know if special immunity or something like that really exists for Russian royalty? Sounds flaky to me, but I don't know.

I was hoping Bishop would pull the slug and casing out of her pocket at the end when nobody else was around, but the Gibbs way works too. I think she may have been with him though.

I just finished a second watch through and I'm still trying to sort out how either Gibbs or Ellie could have been the one to kill Xavier. They didn't have any inkling that he was involved with the neighbor until just before they went to the apartment to arrest her. Kasie didn't even ID her as being in the car until just after he was killed based on Jimmy's 5 hour window for the murder. I don't know that either of them would have had time to murder Xavier and or the knowledge to stage the body in the girlfriend's apartment.
With the ominous music at the end, I think they wanted us to believe that Gibbs took Xavier out. Gibbs has been liberal with justice before but I feel like the music was a red herring. I'm thinking either Vance's 'people in high places' got to him (State knew about the guy so they must have been following him for some time) or Bishop went to Odette while she was 'at the gym' and Odette put her clandestine connections to work. I also wouldn't be surprised if the wife put out a hit on him for abandoning her when she was arrested.
Some other minor thoughts (in no particular order): - I think that was the first time that Gibbs ever admitted out loud to anyone that he saw his team as his kids. That was kinda refreshing. - I am so, so, so glad that McGee didn't let Bishop walk out of the hospital uncontested after she said that she was going to kill Xavier. He did a decent job talking her off the ledge but... I'm supremely disappointed that he didn't drive her back to NCIS. I think he wanted to trust her and then regretted it as soon as she walked out the door. I appreciate that he called Sloane but after Bishop announced her plans for premeditated murder, he should have called Gibbs too. - This is the second time they caught their bad guy trying to murder someone with an injection to an IV to nowhere. The first time McGee was playing the guy in the hospital bed with Gibbs and Tony hanging around as doctors. The only difference here was that Torres was actually hurt.
Overall, it was a very intriguing episode.

I was thinking that maybe one of his bodyguards was banging the girlfriend and wanted him out of the way. Or one of the wife's bodyguards was upset that he was letting her go to jail...
