I so hate the words "This video is not available". It is a sneak peak, why do CBS not want to encourage me to watch the programme? It has aired on TV, the trailer.

The video played just fine for me, both last night and this morning. Perhaps there is something amiss with your device or service provider?

I am not a fan of Quinn, and after her line, "Hey, 'scuse me, can I get a Western omelette and some coffee?", I'm even less of a fan...
wasn't the waitress helping those two ladies at the other table?
I eat out quite often and I would never say "Hey!" to a server! that's rude, crude, and classless!
I don't care if they are eating in a "greasy spoon" diner, you don't talk like that to a person who serves you in an eating establishment - ever!
so, not only does she always look like she just rolled out of the sack, she's seriously lacking in the social graces, too! what a gem!

Former cast member Weatherly tweeted that if you're "nice to me and then rude to the wait staff, you are NOT a nice person". Boy did he ever nail that one.
I couldn't agree more. I say; please, thank you, you're welcome. I ask how they are. I might raise my arm so they know I'd like their attention next but I'd never interrupt them while they're waiting on someone else.
Not that it's acceptable anywhere (to me) but do we know where is Quinn suppose to be from?

Don't blame the character, blame the writers. As an actor and writer, I know that sometimes it's hard to say a line that a writer writes because it just isn't you. As a writer, I cringe when an actor ad-libs when there was something specific I wanted to say in the script. And I absolutely hate it when a producer "re-writes" what I've written without consulting me.
Quinn is simply what the writer's and producers are making her. As Jessica Rabbit once said, "I'm not bad, I'm just drawn that way."

@ NewBe yep! you got it! I always get back what I put out; I treat my servers with respect and friendly conversation, and I always get XLNT service!
@ pd
I hear what you're saying about it not being the character's fault, but the writers... but in either case, whether it be in the script or an ad lib by Jennifer Esposito, it was just wrong! that type behavior [when eating out - anywhere] is simply unacceptable, and as I said in my previous post it's classless!
btw, I've used the Jessica Rabbit comparison myself from time to time, but this one little line delivered by Quinn/JE just rubbed me the wrong way...
so, whoever is responsible for it, they're insensitive/clueless morons...

edit: I told myself when I signed onto this new board that I was going to be a "kinder, gentler nas", but I'm finding it increasingly more difficult to be that person when the latest batch of episodes the writers are giving us are, IMveryHO, sub-par... of course, having Maxine standing over my shoulder when I'm typing telling me, "you really should say something about that!" doesn't help me to write "kind & gentle" words, ya' know?
