I gave up on LA years ago and I would say I am a casual viewer of NOLA. With it on at 10pm it's tough for me to watch it live. I usually start winding down before 11 so I can get into bed and if I watch NOLA live, that throws off my schedule. I do usually watch it the next day though. I really enjoyed the cross-over last year, particularly the McGee/Sebastian interactions. The Past-McGee, Future-Sebastian thread was a particularly good story line especially since there were a lot of parallels between Probie McGee and Probie Sebastian. It also served to highlight how far McGee has come since the start of NCIS. Now it seems they're going to parallel Sebastian's story with McGee a little more. {NOLA Spoiler Warning - Click Here}Sebastian Lund (Rob Kerkovic) finally graduated from lab tech to man in the field, but his new promotion will have dire consequences when NCIS: New Orleans returns for Season 4. Everyone's favorite bearded nerd will clock in his first kill -- gasp! -- but the fallout will force him to rethink his place on the team.
"He's never killed a person before. It's sobering and it makes him question whether he's cut out for NCIS or not," executive producer Brad Kern tells TV Guide.
If coping with taking a life wasn't already a heavy burden to carry, he'll also have to deal with wondering if his actions will be seen as justifiable or not.
This will be a major challenge for Sebastian, who has been one of the few team members who has gone through the series relatively unscathed. Unfortunately, it looks like his luck has run out and our beloved forensics agent will face his toughest problem yet. My thoughts: {Spoiler Warning - Click Here}Obviously, they can't handle it exactly the same as they did with McGee considering the different situation and characters they have. But it does feel like a direct re-hashing of a very similar story line that they used on the mothership. And to me that's a little disappointing. I realize that after 15 years of NCIS, it is hard to not repeat a story line but this one feels a little too on the nose. Then again, maybe they'll surprise me. We'll just have to see.

Last night our TV stayed on CBS from 'The Big Bang Theory' through the end of 'Scorpion'.
I noticed that they advertised 'NCIS:Washington' and 'SEAL Team' once every commercial break, 'Bull' almost every second commercial break, and 'NCIS:NOLA' only *once* during 'Scorpion'.
Why advertise your highest rated show for more than a decade running (or atleast one of your highest rated shows, I've forgotten if something took NCIS's Number One Drama title) a million times but not it's same night baby brother who doesn't do as well?
CBS could not advertise 'NCIS:Washington' at all and just do a ten second ad that is literally just the words "NCIS returns Tuesday, Sept. 26th 7/8C" on a black background and millions of people would tune in *live* as they always do.
Why not maybe do some ads that show both NCIS's? That way you're advertising NOLA more too?
By the way, for anyone interested: I *will* begin watching NCIS live again.

Looking forward to the start of the new NCIS:NOLA season. Looks like Pride isn't getting away scotfree with the rogue behavior, unlike his buddy Gibbs would. Hallelujah!!!

Just saw the new episode of NOLA and boy, do I feel like Pride got a case of Jonathan Archeritis, what with being kidnapped and escaping and getting caught again so easily.
I should say, this happened to him in the first season too.

I saw that she was leaving and realized that NOLA has had quite the turnover rate so far. I wonder if there's a reason, or if it's just actors wanting to leave for unrelated reasons?

Might not be enough variety of entertainment in NOLA when Marti Gras isn't happening. Yes, I know it's a hopping place but it might not be sufficient for the younger set. Lucas Black is from nearby Alabama. Any others in the cast from the area? As for Zoe McClellan, I don't think it was her idea. Fortunately she's joined the awesome Designated Survivor.

'NCIS: LA': David James Elliott on Harm & Mac's 'Distance' & That 'JAG' Coin TossAttention, JAG fans!
NCIS: Los Angeles enlists a very special guest for Sunday's hour: heroic, handsome Navy captain Harmon Rabb Jr. (David James Elliott) from the beloved CBS military legal drama — the show that spun off the original NCIS before wrapping its 10-season run in 2005.
Harm, now second-in-command of an aircraft carrier, is called upon to help Callen (Chris O'Donnell) and Sam (LL Cool J) investigate ISIS sympathizers.
Even more exciting, the May 19 NCIS: LA season finale reunites Harm with his longtime love interest, Lt. Col. Sarah "Mac" MacKenzie (Catherine Bell). It's both characters' first time back on TV, but are they still together?Elliott fills us in.
Fourteen years ago, JAG ended with couple Harm and Mac tossing a coin to determine whose career would take precedence. But we never saw the outcome!
David James Elliott: You find out what happened. [At this point] they haven't been in touch for some time. There's been some distance. But we work together again and interact and get along very much like we did back then.
Why did you want to reprise the role?
Harm's evolved. He's no longer practicing law. The stakes are higher. He's got more responsibility. He's still fighting for truth and justice, moral but flawed. It was surreal the first day on set, as though I'd never left.
Did you still fit into your old uniform?
It still fits. How 'bout that? I told them, "You better bring the original uniform. It may fit even better." I've been a Brazilian jujitsu practitioner for the last 12 years. I got to do a little today on set. Wow. So Harm jumps into action!
He's always been the first guy in the firefight. There's a lot of action aboard the carrier and off. He even does some flying. We use cameras moving around an actual F-14 fuselage.
Would you do a JAG revival?
I wouldn't say no. There's no end of story possibilities on the carrier — intrigue, world affairs. It could be Star Trek at sea.

'NCIS: LA' Finale Had Bad News for Fans of 'JAG's Harm & Mac
On the one hand, there's still hope for JAG's Harm (David James Elliott) and Mac (Catherine Bell). On the other hand, time has not been kind for their relationship.
Mac joins Harm in helping the NCIS: Los Angeles team track down a group of ISIS sympathizers on board his ship, the USS Allegiance, in "False Flag." When Hetty (Linda Hunt) brings her into the fold, Mac reveals that she and Harm haven't seen each other in nine years.
Though he passed up a JAG position in London and joined her in San Diego, he needed to return to the fight. "We were engaged, but we were living completely separate lives," Mac explains. But he's doing great and on track to getting his own ship and even becoming an admiral, she continues.
As for her career, she had to take the opportunity to work with the State Department, but it "meant that the pretense of our marriage was over," she says. "My life is good. Some things just don't work out."
However, as Hetty points out, "the final chapter isn't written yet."
As for the actual reunion, it takes place across a secure video chat, with him on his ship and her in the Ops Center. Considering the severity of the case at hand, most of their conversation revolves around that.
"XO, it's good to see you," Mac says. Though Harm only tells the others about their professional relationship, once they have a moment alone, he tells her she looks "great." "You haven't changed," she says in reply. "Life at sea suits you."
Hetty's words suggest there's hope yet for Harm and Mac. After all, the finale does end with a major cliffhanger, one that would make their absences in the Season 11 premiere quite noticeable. Perhaps once the world is saved and World War III has been thwarted, they'll have a chance to really talk. But what doesn't bode well for them is Mac's comment that "life at sea suits" him and what we've seen from Harm on board in these last two episodes of Season 10.
That could, of course, change, especially given however the cliffhanger is resolved. It may also depend on if there is a future for these JAG characters beyond these NCIS: LA appearances.
For now, fans can only hope that the future doesn't remain so bleak for the couple, especially since some are angry Harm and Mac didn't get a happily ever after.

I watched the episode and hearing the JAG theme when Catherine Bell walked in was great - very nostalgic. Not sure exactly where they are going with Harm and Mac. JAG, in much the same way (for me) NCIS is doing now got a little weak at the end and of course it was a long time ago so I don't remember it all clearly. It did seem in character - Harm lost the toss but struggled being away so he returned to his career, and Mac looked a little sad when she was looking at him - so we will see. I thought it was a great move to bring them both back to one of the NCIS shows.

Watched her for several years on "Army Wives" and saw some of the "Good Witch" series but hadn't seen him in years. Nice bit of nostalgia.
