tvline.com/2020/03/03/ncis-los-angeles-season-11-catherine-bell-jag-mac/NCIS: Los Angeles: Catherine Bell Suits Back Up as JAG's Mac — Get Details By Matt Webb Mitovich / March 3 2020, 12:30 PM PST “After 15 years I am putting the Marines uniform back on for another exciting episode of NCIS: LA!,” Bell shared on Instagram. “Mac is back!” Bell first crossed Sarah “Mac” MacKenzie over to NCIS: LA for the CBS drama’s Season 10 finale last May, alongside JAG co-star David James Elliot (as Harmon “Harm” Rabb Jr.). The two then went on to also guest-star in this season’s opener, as the off-and-on lovers’ storyline wrapped with some weighty questions left dangling. “It’s been nine years [since we saw each other], Harm…. Why?” Mac asked Harm of their broken engagement. “We never gave it a shot, a real try, because we were scared to,” she suggested. Harm in turn later asked his ex, “Mac, what are we doing…?” “I don’t know,” she answered. “But we’re way past letting fate decide.” TVLine has exclusively learned that Bell’s next guest spot will air Sunday, April 19, when Mac (and Mac alone) asks Hetty’s NCIS team for help with a sensitive, ripped-from-the-headlines-ish case in which two SEALs have come forward to claim that their chief murdered an unarmed Taliban prisoner.

I haven't been a regular watcher of the two spinoff series, but saw some of the LA series recently and was wondering. What's up with this new boss guy? Is he supposed to be a parody of Steve Carrell's boss character on The Office? He certainly looked and acted like it. I was half expecting them to start doing individual side interviews with the agents.

Fans of NCIS:LA got a shock last night as the characters Eric Beale and Nell were written out of the show. There is an article I found online that did confirm they were being written out. This may have been in previous articles recently as last week but I ignored them because I wasn't sure if it were legitimate.
It looks like NCIS: NOLA was mixed reviews.

I have not watched LA in years but I am surprised they were both written out....
I never really got into NO, but if they are on a streaming platform I would consider watching the series from start to finish to see if I enjoy it more, but the reality is I just don't watch tv shows anymore (either cable or streaming). I will probably stick with NCIS until the end (with my finger on the FF button) but that may be it. I never got into binge watching... right now it may be due to different work schedules from the pandemic.

NCIS LA has been cancelled. Rumor has it another spin off will take it's place. I'm ticked off about this. First NO and now this. 14 years invested in the show and characters. Now it's all gone.

Watched it a few times, but as it got further and further from the original premise and became more of a spy and shoot-'em-up show I gave up. Any info on the new spinoff?
