But it says Gibbs is granted protective custody of a 10-year-old orphaned refugee, Elena (Lily Rose Silver). The woman playing Kelly is an adult.

How about them letting Kelly Gibbs RIP. That would suit me to a T.

The La Vida Mala gang is from episode "Iced" from Season 3. Apparently they survived after Ceasar was taken out by it's members after they found out he'd killed their leader and then pretended to be relaying orders to them.

I thought for a minute there they were going to 'Ceasar' the smug big bad guy until they decided to arrest him instead.
Poll is up too.
Also, I empathize with Ellie being ma'am'ed. That's a pet peeve of mine too.

I gave it an A in lieu of an A- or B+.
Loved the inclusion of La Vida Mala as the gang.
Loved the unsure ending.
Loved Gibbs saying he wasn't okay.
The - comes with the "Major Mass Spec" part of the episode. Everyone's life was in peril so having Abby upset over Jimmy & Ellie (though she doesn't know it yet) burning out the machine doesn't make any sense. I can see her wanting to know who "done it" but under the circumstances getting upset about it just didn't work. On the positive side she wasn't bouncing off the walls like a pinball.

Gotta agree with NewBe on this one. A strong comeback after last week's so-so offering.
