I thought McGee had Tony's apartment? Have they just not moved in yet, or is it Tony's place that is being ransacked. Was the thing hidden at the time the murder happened there or before if it is Tony's? I can understand them using that set but we have also seen where Tim and Delilah lived, with all the fancy tech they installed.

Exactly!
Questions: - I thought McGee was living in Tony's apartment. Am I wrong? - Didn't they tell us that Tony got that apartment for less money of its real value because there's been a murder and the floor was stained with blood?
Are NCIS authors re-writing the story again? I'm confused...

I can understand them using that set but we have also seen where Tim and Delilah lived, with all the fancy tech they installed. From the photo Alessandra posted, it looks like Tony's old place which is now Tim & Delilah's new place. It kinda sounds like it is related to the murder that occurred in Tony's apartment before he bought it. I'm just wondering why Delilah isn't in the episode credits. Are we not going to see her at all this episode? She was credited before when we only got to see pictures of her during the episode they were trying to determine who got the place.

I guess this spoiler answers our questions and clears our doubts, though I still have the feeling that writers are adding something 'cause they want to change what they told us in the past jmo.

Any informationNCIS about NCIS‘ McGee and Delilah would be appreciated. —Larry Oh, Delilah’s fiancé will have his hands full in the March 7 episode, when he returns home to the apartment he’s subletting from DiNozzo to find a robbery in progress. Turns out that the perpetrator of the triple-homicide that made the digs so nicely priced hid something of value there — and considering that McGee never looped Delilah in on the apartment’s “checkered” past, he’ll have much ‘splaining to do when she gets back from assignment in Dubai.

imho, Delilah doesn't talk nice to McGee on a good day - - I wonder how she's gonna' talk to him when she finds out about their new digs "history"... guess there wasn't a way to discuss the subject in 0's & 1's, eh?
******************************************************** Director Vance: "Cheers" Congresswoman Fleming: "Cheers" awwwww...
somebody better tell the lady to "Run! Run like the wind!", 'cause [most] women -interests don't last long around NCIS...
edit-to-add: btw, Quinn, comprende hair brush? you, too, Bishop! (they both look like they just got out of bed )

Do I spy a ramp? So the apartment looks like it has been adapted for the wheelchair. The gang are in casual clothes, so perhaps the girls did get woken up. Gibbs nice and casual, another reason for him not be director, he'd have to wear a tie.

I don't know what that thing is, mchnelson, but it doesn't really look like a ramp; it doesn't lead to anywhere... and if you notice, there's a big door blocking it on the one end... maybe we'll get a better idea of what it is when we see it during the episode...
Quinn's hair always looks like a mess - not just in the picture for this episode, but ever since she joined the team... and I'm sorry to see Bishop's hair looks like quite an unkempt mess in that scene, too... is that a new trend or something? the disheveled look?

I think it looks like the step has been turned into a slope/ramp.
English/US English - obviously ramp means different things ;-)
1.3 North American An inclined slip road leading on to or off a main road or motorway.
‘an exit ramp’
1 Noun A sloping surface joining two different levels, as at the entrance or between floors of a building.
‘a wheelchair ramp’

You're seeing the hallway outside, Nas. Tony's apartment used to have a single step just inside the door to the hallway. From the second photo, you can see that the step has been removed and a ramp installed so that Delilah has access. The second photo shows the ramp the best and the last apartment photo (with Quinn and Bishop) shows the hallway (you can just see the metro cop standing watch behind Quinn.) Looks like Tim & Delilah inherited Tony's goldfish. I thought that was part of the package deal. Whoever got the apartment got Kate and Ziva.
