Small note. I've always had a problem with this apartment since the first time we saw it: don't you find very stupid, uncomfortable and not possible that the only bathroom is in the bedroom?

Yes they already lived together. We saw them fixing and having dinner and then in bed together in After Hours. She even went with him to the crime scene.

Before I bought my condo I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment and the bathroom had 2 doors - one from the bedroom and one from the living room. By the looks of it Tony's condo/apartment is lot older than mine was.

I'm renting a small 1 bedroom condo where the only access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. It isn't all that uncommon of a layout

Darn, the dreaded "This video is not available". Luckily I did see it elsewhere. I think the slope is just Lino made to look like marble.

A Few Notes.
Cold:
* Phew! The goldfish survived the shootout.
* Call to "Boss" - figure the neighbors won't be calling 911 despite multiple gun shots.
Teaser:
* Nope. No cops.
* Mama wants her honey to have a better job. Makes sense of her offer to Gibbs.
* Delilah lives there.
* Seriously. A LEO couldn't live in an apartment because a murder happened there.
* Nope. Delilah doesn't know and McGee seems to think a lie of omission isn't a lie.
* Bad McGee! I hope Delilah comes home early a a SURPRISE!
ACT 1:
* Gibbs doesn't think a lie of omission is a lie either.
* This is silly. She's a scientist.
* I thought he got hit in the leg since he grabbed it when McGee fired.
* Convoluted case stuff.
Act 2:
* Do all jails/prisons have that written on their interview walls?
* Of course Quinn has secrets.
* Creepy former occupant of Tim's place.
* When you live in an apartment there's a concrete floor with soundproofing under it. NO room for anything else.
* Looks like the hotel from Season 4 (Suspicion).
* Fancy schmancy radar looking for whatever it is. Yep, it's going to be there.
* Tony would be weeping over the desiccation of his apartment.
* Dead body under floorboards in multi-story building. LOLOLOLOL! So much for Timmy continuing to lie to Delilah.
Act 3:
* Mummified.
* Now that McGee is creeped out Tim is affected.
* 2002 was the year before Tony came to NCIS.
* Who would swallow a key? Someone who didn't want it found.
* Oh no. It's sort of back.
* She wants her honey to be seen by the "right" people.
* She didn't say but she was sure dropping a hint.
* Got pinched so he couldn't get the key.
* Glad they stuck with continuity. Gibbs doesn't make deals.
Act 4:
* Butt out Senator! It's not your place!
* No. It's not. Not personal.
* I knew she would be involved.
* Found.
* I kind of thought that was funny.
* Pushing is not good.
* I hope she hadn't met the kids. But DAMN!
* Nice Gibbs is back.

Not sure how I feel about this episode? The poll definitely doesn't have an option for me. Kind of starting to worry about these new show runners. Wondering if they are sticking too closely to Glassberg's blue print. If they are, I wish they would take the reigns more tightly and venture out on their own.

She's not dead [yet] but it looks like Senator Jenna is a "red shirt".
The much talked about ramp was really shown or mentioned.

no, Congresswoman Fleming isn't dead yet, NewBe, but she definitely looks "gone"... fortunately for her, she didn't take a bullet so she'll live to die another day - and badger some other guy into a political life with her...
question: why is it that [most of] the women on this show are written to come off as pushy, overbearing, obnoxious and/or annoying?
think about it: Diane, the "ex from hell"... M.Allison Hart, the "attorney from hell"... Jamie Lee Curtis as Dr. Ryan... Lt. Col.Hollis Mann... this latest one, Congresswoman Fleming... and, of course, "the one, the only" Abby, Abby, Abby, Abby!
don't the writers like the female gender?
as for the much talked about ramp: like a dummy, I turned on the t.v. at 7:05 p.m. and missed the opening scene where McGee walked into the dark apartment...
but from the trailer that llyan posted the other day it looks like they cut out a portion of the marble step-down at the front door entry (from the outer hallway) and created a downward ramp into the living room... the promo still shots of that entry were completely misleading due to the angle from which they were taken...

* Call to "Boss" - figure the neighbors won't be calling 911 despite multiple gun shots. I heard a female voice shouting that she was calling 911 and there were sirens in the background when McGee was calling Gibbs. The scene after the credits must have been after McGee identified himself as an agent and Gibbs chased away 'Metro'. There was also a yapping dog, probably the one referenced later in the episode.I'll agree that having her in Dubai was a cop-out (pun intended). Hypocrisy - they all consider it a lie when it's one of their suspects.I clearly saw him grab his shoulder. I can't remember if they said, but the bullet should have been lodged in the door of the horny lady that Sr. nailed on Jr.'s bed. Just took another look at the scene with the team in the apartment and there is a uniform police officer standing in the hallway.I'm probably alone in this, but I think I would have enjoyed an actor reuse with Frank Whaley playing the killer. Possibly influenced by his appearance on Bull tonight.I'm pretty sure in the apartment where I used to live there was no soundproofing under the apartment above.Those pillows must have been sewn to the covers, which in turn must have been sewn to the mattress. No way you tip a bed like that with nothing falling off.Somehow I found myself wanting her interest in the case to be because she was involved in some dirty way.What I thought was funny was the first interview with the killer identifying Tim as a beaver.
Any excuse to do woodwork!

If she shows up again I fully expect the Congresswoman (Senator? I forget) to already be dead. Gotta make "Lee" lose another one.

No one but no one was worse than MAllison Hart [for me] - even Diane so that's saying something. She's the only one I needed mass quantities of chocolate to get me through the scenes she was in. Diane Neal's Abby Borin wasn't bad (too bad Diane had a really bad night and shared it on Twitter) and I downright liked Paula Cassidy and Agent Cassie Yates.

Like most of us when we come home after dark, the apartment was dark when the shootout happened so the ramp, couldn't be seen. Maybe I forgot to look but I didn't notice it when the crew showed up.
but from the trailer that llyan posted the other day it looks like they cut out a portion of the marble step-down at the front door entry (from the outer hallway) and created a downward ramp into the living room... the promo still shots of that entry were completely misleading due to the angle from which they were taken...
Seems they were promotional stills not actual episode stills.
